Hiccup Hop Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Hiccup Hop mobile game ("the game"), provided by NAQQAT AL-TOSEIL FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

1. Who can play

The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. In some countries a higher minimum age applies to online services (up to 16).

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for non-commercial entertainment. The game, its art, music, levels and names belong to us or our licensors. Apple's and Google's own app store terms also apply to your download.

3. Free to play, no purchases

Version 1.0 is free, with no ads and no purchases. If this changes in a future version, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.

4. Pillow Points and virtual items

• Pillow Points and in-game items are a limited licence to use features inside the game. They are not property, have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money.
• Points are earned through play, such as a Daily Puzzle streak or an invited friend who reaches level 10. They are never awarded for sharing, rating or reviewing the game.
• We may adjust point amounts, prices and rewards, and may correct balances that result from errors or abuse. If your data is deleted, your points are deleted too.

5. Invites

You may share your invite code or link with people you know. Do not spam, post it deceptively, or create fake accounts to earn rewards. Each player can redeem one invite code, and not their own.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, tamper with the game or its servers, use bots, reverse engineer the game (except where the law allows), exploit bugs to gain points, or interfere with other players. We may reset progress or points, or end access, if you do.

7. Clubs

If clubs are enabled, they use preset names and emotes only, with no free-text chat. Use them kindly.

8. Your data

You can delete your data at any time in Settings with "Delete my data", or by emailing us. Deleting your data removes your progress and points permanently.

9. Availability and changes

The game is provided "as is". Online features may be unavailable at times, and the game is designed to work offline. We may update, change or stop the game or features, and we will try to give notice of major changes.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, we give no warranties about the game, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
