Delete your Hiccup Hop data

In the game: Settings → Delete my data. This immediately and permanently deletes:

your player profile (preset name, pal color, invite code, Pillow Points and level progress on our server),
your cloud save and recovery code,
your Pillow Points history and invite records,
your anonymous account.

Friends you invited keep their own progress, but the link to you is removed. Usage analytics are linked to a random app-instance ID, never to your player ID, and are deleted automatically after 14 months.

Delete with your recovery code

No longer have the game? Enter your recovery code to delete the same data straight away. The code is in the game under Settings → Your progress.

No recovery code?

Can't open the game, or already uninstalled it? Email support@hiccuphop.com with the subject "Delete my Hiccup Hop data" and one of these, so we can find your record:

your recovery code (Settings → Your progress, it looks like HOP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), or
your invite code (on the Invite friends screen), or
if you have neither: your pal's name and color, your highest level, and roughly when you started playing.

We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by reply. We use your email only to answer this request.

Hiccup Hop does not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts or precise location, and never uses an advertising ID. See the privacy policy.
