Get your progress back

Reinstalled the game, or moved to a new phone? Your recovery code brings back your levels, stars and Pillow Points.

  1. On your old install, open Settings → Your progress. Your recovery code looks like HOP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
  2. On the new install, tap "Played before? Restore your progress" on the home screen.
  3. Enter the code and tap Restore.

Keep the code private: anyone with it can play as you.

Lost your recovery code?

If the game is still installed, the code is in Settings → Your progress. If it isn't, contact us and we'll look into it. We can't always recover progress without the code.

I'm stuck on a level

Use a Hint in the game: it shows the next right tap. Every level has been checked by our solver, so there's always a way through within the move limit.

The game feels slow

Open Settings → Graphics and choose Low. The game looks a little simpler and runs smoother on older phones.

Delete my data

In the game: Settings → Delete my data. Without the game: use the account deletion page.
